Employee Handbook

  • Expanded template that contains all legally required core policies and more. Policies include at-will employment, wage & hour rules (overtime, meal periods, rest breaks, etc.), paid sick leave, CFRA/Pregnancy Disability Leave, employee rules of conduct and behavior, anti-harassment/discrimination/retaliation, safety, confidentiality, and other applicable policies for 5 to 24 employees. 

Safety Compliance

  • Simplified Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) for 5 to 24 employees

  • Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) applicability checklist

Delivery & Support

  • Essential customization of all editable forms, including company name, contact information and key specifics

  • Typical turnaround: 7 to 12 business days after receipt of company details 

  • 60 to 75 minute review call / walkthrough of all materials

  • Two rounds of basic revisions, as needed
